Project Description
In this project, we used 1/4" (6mm) thick panels, adhering them to both the exterior and interior of the door. The total thickness of the doors is 2 inches.
Visible Edge: The edge of the panel, which is visible when the door is open, shows the dark edge of the HPL panel.

The doors are installed in a wall opening.
The doors are installed with an Interior Partition System TP38.
Option: HPL panel is inserted inside the door leaf and secured with a glazing bead.
Interior doors with an aluminum frame and an HPL panel glued to the aluminum frame. The edge of the HPL panel is enclosed with an aluminum profile. Another advantage of this system is that we can apply two different panels. The inner panel and the outer panel can differ in design, color, or texture. This is demonstrated in the photos below. Note that on one side, we have the HPL panel 1177 with 3D triangles, while on the other side, the inner panel is an HPL panel 637 is made in a concrete color.

Furthermore, our aluminum window frame profile can be custom painted in different colors, allowing the panel to be one color while the frame can complement your desired design with another color.
